UK Delivery FAQ's
- Q : What delivery method do you use to the UK?
- A : We use Royal Mail, and send all our parcels by 1st Class Letter or parcel post as standard.
- Q : How much do you charge for delivery to the UK?
- A : Royal mail delivery to the UK is £2.95 per order not per product - And it is FREE when you spend over £100.00.
- Q : Do you offer Special Delivery or a Courier service in the UK?
- A : We do offer Royal Mail Special delivery only in the UK and TNT Courier Services. These do not appear as options on our shipping section as you need to contact us first to make sure we have the item(s) in stock or ready to make. Once we agree that we can fulfill your order we will ask you to order your products and then send you a link in order for you to pay the extra amount.
- Q : What do I do if my goods haven't arrived (UK Only)
- A : Whilst Royal Mail normally deliver all first class post within 1-2 working days, they can on occasion take longer. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, allow 14 days before calling us. We cannot authorise any remakes before this time has passed as Royal Mail have been known to deliver within this time. If you paid extra to have special delivery or TNT Courier Service, contact us immediately as we can provide you with the tracking reference to chase it with Royal Mail or TNT.

- Q : Do you ship Overseas?
- A : Yes we ship all around the world.
- Q : How much do you charge for delivery to the EU and the Rest of the World?
- A : Royal mail delivery to the EU and the Rest of the World is £7.00 per order not per product - And it is FREE when you spend over £100.00.
- Q : Do you offer a Faster Delivery service or a Courier service for overseas buyers?
- A : We do offer a 3 day Parcel force delivery and TNT Courier Services. These do not appear as options on our shipping section as you need to contact us first to make sure we have the item(s) in stock or ready to make. Once we agree that we can fulfill your order we will ask you to order your products and then send you a link in order for you to pay the extra amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, allow 21 days before calling us. If you paid extra to have special delivery or TNT Courier Service, contact us immediately as we can provide you with the tracking reference to chase it with Royal Mail or TNT.
General Delivery FAQ's
- Q : What's the difference between dispatch and delivery?
- A : Dispatch refers to the period of time it takes for us to make your product and pass it to the postal service or courier for delivery. This is different to the delivery time, which is how long the delivery service takes to get the package from our offices to your home.
- Q : What are the normal delivery times?
- A : We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, our standard delivery (Royal Mail Delivery) typically arrives betwen 1-3 days in the UK, 6 days to the EU and 10 days worldwide. It is important to note that delivery times are out of our control, as we do not deliver the goods ourselves.
- Q : What are your dispatch times?
- A : We aim to dispatch your order ready for delivery within 5 working days. However sometimes it may take a little longer due to stock availability and other issues that may be out of our control. If there is a problem we will always contact you to advise if there is going to be a delay and where applicable we will offer you an alternative. But ultimately here at T Shirt Town we care about your order and we will do everything in our power to get the order to you as quickly as possible.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet
There are several reasons why an item you ordered may not have been received:
Order dispatched missing or delayed
If you have received a shipping email then delivery usually takes 1-3 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 21 days* before being able to investigate this matter further and cannot do anything until this time has passed.. If you believe your item has been lost, and 21 days have passed, click the 'View order history' button above, select the item and follow the on-screen instructions.
Item temporarily out of stock
If an item goes out of stock or is being reprinted you will receive an email from us giving you more information.
Item unavailable
If an item becomes unavailable (which means we are unexpectedly unable to fulfill your order and are unlikely to receive new stock within a reasonable time) we will email you to let you know.
Dispatch time
Please note this website is not a stock list. We pride ourselves in offering the best t-shirts from all over the world, as a result it is impossible for us to keep all items in stock at any one time. We have hundreds of Official items in stock as well as all the T Shirt Town designs that are made to order ie style, size and colour. If an item is out of stock it may take up between 7 to 28 days for delivery, dependent on the supplier we source the T-Shirt from as we offer a great range of US imported gear. This could mean the supplier has also sold out of the item, they are reprinting the design, or there is a licensing issue.
We are in contact with all of our suppliers on a daily basis and as soon as we are aware of any delay in receiving your t-shirt order we will give you an update via the email address you provided or an expected delivery date. If you really want the t-shirt super quick, we are happy to help so please email us through our contact form and we will do our best to give you an estimated delivery time for that item.
