It is really important that you adhere to the following rules when returning an item to ourselves to ensure that a returned item is fit for resale. All items must be returned within 14 days.
If you do need to return the item to us please contact us by email or phone and we will send you a returns number. Please package your parcel carefully and using the address label provided send it back to us please note it is your responsibility to ensure the package arrives safely so we advise using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
Once we have the garment and we are satisfied all the above criteria has been met we will arrange the exchange or refund as requested.

My T Shirt, hoodie etc does not fit
All our designs that show a T Shirt Town Logo are made to your own specific requirements therefore we will only exchange items that were incorrectly ordered by yourself. We do not have 'stock' of any of these designs.
We offer a huge range of styles, sizes and colours in order for you to get a product that suits you. Under UK law 'custom made' or 'made to order' products are exempt from the internet distance selling rules, therefore we're not obliged to offer refunds if you've ordered the wrong size or colour, BUT we do offer an exchange service for wrongly ordered items.

This covers re-printing a replacement product as well as the cost of sending your exchange back to you. We will send you a link in order to make the payment on our secure site.

Please Note - These designs are hand painted using spray paints and incredible brush work as well, therefore we must stress everyone is different. The images we show are intended for reference purposes only and are not a 100% accurate reproduction of the artwork you will get on your finished garment. The image you choose will be fundamentally the same but the colours and size of the design will vary slightly. These tees are a super high quality finish and wash and the vintage wash results in a tee that is just a little different every time.
IMPORTANT - As these are hand painted please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
